1. Available Requests
- Access to personal data associated with your request or account
- Correction of inaccurate personal data
- Deletion of personal data where legally permissible
- Data export of key records we maintain for your engagement
2. Verification
We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests to protect account and customer data.
3. Response Windows
We target acknowledgement within 5 business days and fulfillment within 30 days, subject to legal, contractual, and operational constraints.
4. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights
Griffify supports applicable privacy rights under frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar regional privacy laws where applicable.
