1. Acceptance

By using this site or submitting a project request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Service delivery terms for active customers are additionally governed by signed project agreements.

2. Service Description

Griffify provides web design/development services, quote collaboration workflows, and payment enablement using third-party infrastructure.

3. Quotes and Billing

• Website information and draft quotes are informational until accepted in writing or through defined acceptance workflows.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe-hosted checkout.
• Project scope, delivery milestones, and billing terms are controlled by signed agreements and approved quotes.

4. Acceptable Use

• No misuse, attack traffic, scraping abuse, or unlawful usage.
• No attempt to access systems, data, or customer records without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

Griffify retains ownership of its frameworks, templates, and internal systems. Customer-owned brand assets and supplied content remain customer property. Final ownership transfer for deliverables follows contract terms.

6. Disclaimers

Services and website content are provided on an as-is basis unless expressly warranted in signed agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Griffify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Contracted work limits are defined by executed agreements.
